One of the items you will need to have as part of Early Childhood class registration is a Birth Certificate for your child.
We just need a copy of the official Birth Certificate document for your child that will be enrolling. If you bring in an official birth certificate, we can make a copy of that for our records so you can keep the original. If you don't have the Birth Certificate for your child, you can obtain one (note that there is a fee) from any Minnesota Vital Records Office. Usually those offices are located in a county government center. In Olmsted County, the Vital Records Office is located in Rochester: License Bureau
