All About Me
My name is Christine Kobs. I am starting my 25th year of teaching. This is starting my 20th year at Dover- Eyota Elementary School. I have taught fifth grade for nine years and first grade the last 11years. I have also taught first grade in Arizona. I really enjoy teaching all different grade levels of students.
I am from northern Minnesota and now I live in Chatfield with my husband Brian and three children. I gratuated from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN with my Elementary Education Degree. I received my Master's of Education Degree from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
My family and I enjoy camping, spending time as a family, going swimming, and visiting other family in the state.
Family is a big part of my life, so having a classroom that treats each other as family is important to me. I truly believe that parents are the MOST important teacher in their chid's life. I am only a tool in the learning process...you are the glue that holds everything together and has everything make sense. Your children grow up so fast! Cheerish them every day!
