Hi! My name is Nicole Einsman.  I grew up in Winona, MN and graduated from Winona State University with a BS degree in Early Childhood Education.  This is my third year being the child educator in Footsteps at Dover-Eyota but I have been substitute teaching here since 2014.  I was also an LRP or Transition teacher from 2018-2022.  Before substitute teaching at Dover-Eyota public schools I worked at a child care center for 10 years and ran the center for 8 of those years.

In August of 2014 I married my husband, Keegan Hakala, and moved to Rochester, MN.  Keegan and I have a son named Vanek.  Vanek was born on Earth Day and he loves being outside and cleaning up trash whenever he sees it.  I enjoy being outdoors, reading, going to the gym, being with my son and husband, spending time with friends and family, being with my cats, and traveling.

I am so excited to get to know you and your child!
