Hi My name is Michelle McNallan. This is my 16th year of teaching with Dover -Eyota schools. My first year I taught the ECSE classes. I have over 25 years experience teaching pre-school. This is a fun age and everyday with them they teach me something new.

I am married and live in Plainview. I have 8 grown children and we are expecting our first grandchild soon.  We are pet parents to several animals.

My goal is for each child to reach their fullest potential while having fun and making friends.

Our class rules are very simple.
1. Do and be your best
2. Be a friend to everyone

We use re-direction as the first step in discipline. I also use positive behavior teaching We will work with parents to help all children behave their best.
