Communicable Diseases and Conditions

Communicable diseases are illnesses caused by germs that can be spread through person-to-person contact or shared objects. Dover-Eyota schools follow the "Infectious Diseases In Childcare Settings and Schools" guidelines developed by the Hennepin County Human Services and Public Health Department when deciding if a student should be sent or kept home from school. Please notify us if your student has a communicable condition listed below.
